- After your order confirmation by our customer support team, we strive to dispatch your custom-made packaging within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, production times may vary slightly.
- Order will be delivered in 7-10 business days
Tracking Information:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Address Changes:
- We can only accommodate address changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. The new address must be within the same state.
Delivery:
- Our partnered carriers deliver Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
- Delivery timeframes may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier delays.
