Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
• Original packaging and Kasidakari tags must be included with the return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at kasidakari@hotmail.com within the 14-day window.
2. Include your order number in the subject line for faster processing.
3. Clearly state your request for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup of your return within 7 business days of your request.
• Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Processing Your Return or Exchange:

• Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving your return.
• Exchanges: Your new order will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
