SHIPPING FAQs

How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time may take 3-10 working days depending on the location

The shipping time for ‘made-to-order’ items is typically between 25 to 40 days. Please note that this timeframe includes the production process and any necessary quality checks to ensure your item meets our standards.

You can change your address, but only if your order is still being processed. Once we've sent your mobile number and address to our warehouse for packing and shipping, we can't make any changes. However, you can cancel the order for free and place a new order with an updated shipping address.

You can easily track your order once it has been shipped out. If you want to know the status of your order, please contact us at kasidakari@hotmail.com.

If you happened to miss the delivery, please remain calm as we are committed to providing you 2 delivery attempts for your package with each attempt scheduled on consecutive days.

Our all products are handmade by our artisans and are 100% genuine. We take each product through a multiple-point quality check before shipping it out.

CANCELLATION FAQs

How do place a cancellation request for a product?

If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at kasidakari@hotmail.com quoting your order number in the subject line, within 48 hours of placing the order.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not available for made-to-order items. As these items are specially crafted and customized according to your preferences, the production process begins shortly after your order is placed. Once production has started, we are unable to accept cancellations.

  • We process order cancellations and refunds promptly.
  • The refund timeframe depends on your payment method:
    • Wallet: Refunds appear in your account within 48 hours.
    • Bank or E-wallet: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show in your account after initiation, depending on your bank's processing time.

If the cancellation link is unavailable, it may be because your order has already been processed for packing or shipping.

In this case, you can refuse delivery upon arrival, and we will handle the return.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro are accepted (restrictions may apply).
  • Net Banking: Pay directly from your bank account using secure internet banking.
  • E-Wallets: Pay conveniently with popular e-wallets like Paytm, MobiKwik, and Freecharge (more options available).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders only (restrictions may apply).
  • Wallet: Use your Kasidakari wallet balance for purchases.

Note: Available payment methods may vary depending on your location (pincode).

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is a tax levied on the supply of goods and services in India, implemented in July 2017. Orders placed on or after July 1st, 2017, will be subject to GST. GST replaces other taxes like Excise Duty, VAT, and Entry Tax.

Yes, COD is available for domestic orders only.

There may be a slight delay between the amount being debited from your account and the order confirmation if the payment is still processing. We receive confirmation once your bank successfully transmits the funds.

RETURN FAQs

How do I return a product?
  • Log in to your Kasidakari account.
  • Go to the "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click on the "Return/Exchange" option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the return process.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for 'made-to-order' items due to their customized nature.

No, please do not refuse delivery. Use the return process outlined above for a smooth and efficient return.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Your return request may be on hold if we require additional information.
  • This usually occurs if the EAN (European Article Number) provided during the return process is not recognized by our system.
  • Our team will contact you within 48 hours to resolve any issues.
